Dominic McKenzie Architects (DMA) has been doing business from its headquarters in Islington for more than a decade. DMA specialises in modernising projects in listed buildings and conservation areas.
Before starting his own business, Dominic previously worked as a project architect, during which time he worked on the RIBA Sterling award-winning Accordia housing project in Cambridge. DMA has also won a variety of awards in its own right.
Dominic has also worked as a lecturer at the Birmingham School of Architecture, the University of Westminster, and the University of Miami.
DMA specialises in modernising projects in listed buildings and conservation areas. We are passionate about creating designs that are modern, while not damaging the more classic aesthetic of the buildings we work on.
Our process is straightforward and transparent and puts the client’s vision at the heart of the process.
When you get in touch with us, we will arrange a site visit to come and see the space with our own eyes, and carry out a consultation with you to learn about your vision for the project. We then provide you with a quote for the project as a whole.
If your building is listed, we will seek listed building permissions on your behalf before starting the work. We will then plan, design, and finally, construct the project. Once the work is completed we go through rigorous quality control measures to ensure that the work is to the very highest standard.
If you’re ready to get your architecture project in Chelsea off the ground, get in touch with us today to arrange a visit and consultation.
